Nothing about this stay was enjoyable! I was miserable the entire time! There were bullet holes in my walls. The police were called out there 5 times the first night I was there. There was no stop yelling and fighting from other guests. I rented the room because it said it had a continental breakfast but after being kept up all night from the yelling when I went down to get breakfast I was informed there was no breakfast. Then when I asked for a refund and told they couldn't refund me the front desk lady got rude. Then the third day there I found a bed bug. I was supposed to being issued a partial refund from Booking.com but still have not received it. It's been a week since I checked out. So I'm still waiting on my refund and extremely unhappy and will not use Booking.com again on any future trips!

I did not stay after one hour; I decided it was unclean and unsafe. I am currently trying to get my money back. I was promised a call from the manager, and she did not return my call. I received NO response. I ended up booking another hotel and left this one. Please note the hotel debited my bank account two weeks prior to my arrival. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Location was next to a neighborhood market so getting needed items, food , personal products was easy access. Low traffic at hotel but still was noisy with slamming doors all night as we located right next to a exit.

It was the day before I met my biological brothers. The desk clerk was great. I was nervous and she was kind and helpful. I didn't get her name but she was nice as I started to cry realizing what was going to happen with me. My room was great and glad you had an area to smoke! Lol. Thank you and I will b back.

That sucks sinked in the middle there was mold in the bathroom and in the hallway and in the room which made us sick we had to leave a day we had to leave the same day and we checked in because the property manager we're not doing anything about it

I booked a room that should have had 2 beds, they tried to put them in a room with only 1 bed, also pool was down and looked to be out of service for a while, asked for discount since no pool but was not give one! other services were also not in working order. Maybe these booking platforms should send people to view these places they promote. Was not at all what they claimed!!
